Maria is a fourth-year student at the University of Manitoba studying Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering. Maria is interested in finding ways to bridge the gap between engineering and mental health by developing tools and technologies that can improve the lives of people with severe mental illness. In her free time, she enjoys writing and going on walks.
